Fabio Garibotti

Founder & Managing Partner

Fabio Garibotti is a chartered accountant qualified in Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Italy, with extensive experience advising international businesses across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

He specialises in cross-border tax structuring, regulatory compliance, and accounting advisory, supporting foreign investors and multinational groups in establishing and managing operations across jurisdictions. His work focuses on governance, financial control, and operational alignment within complex regulatory environments.

Fabio is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and the Italian Association of Chartered Accountants (ODCEC). 

Andrea Monni

Partner

Andrea brings 15+ years of business and investment experience in South-East Asia and Greater China, supporting luxury, retail, FMCG, supply-chain management, oil & gas, and tech industry.

  • Graduated with Honours in Business Economics
  • Setting up joint-ventures and acquisition agreements with local partners across S.E.A markets for various industries
  • Supported Italian investors in application for Venture Capital Fund Manager with Monetary Authority of Singapore

Stefania Luscia

Stefania is a qualified lawyer in Italy with experience cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. After graduating with honours in Law from the Università degli Studi di Brescia (Italy), she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the National University of Singapore.

Stefania has developed her professional experience in the legal and business consulting industry in Singapore, advising international companies, founders and investment vehicles on multi-jurisdictional matters. Her work has involved a broad range of industries, including fashion, retail, F&B, oil & gas, FinTech, e-commerce, shipping and investment holding structures.

Her expertise spans international commercial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory and legal advisroy and corporate structuring.

Valentina Paoletti

Head of accounting & tax

Valentina Paoletti is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with over twenty years of experience in taxation, accounting, and business advisory. After qualifying in Italy, she developed extensive experience assisting companies with tax and corporate matters. Since 2020 she has been active in Australia, focusing on international taxation and cross-border compliance for businesses operating across Europe, Singapore, and Australia.

Erwin is a chartered accountant in the Philippines and possesses expertise in financial planning, accounting, audit, and taxation. He has successfully navigated diverse regulatory landscapes in SEA, Australia, and USA.

Before affiliating with Algebra, Erwin had dedicated experience in financing and equity investing firms providing financial and technical support to enterprises during early-stage operations.

Hariyati is an experienced Human Resources professional with over a decade of diverse experience across retail, facilities management, and corporate services. Throughout her career, she has successfully led administrative and HR initiatives that streamline operations, strengthen compliance, and enhance both employee and client experiences.

At Algebra Corporate Services, Hariyati spearheads HR and administrative functions, focusing on building efficient systems, fostering positive workplace practices, and delivering solutions that support organisational growth.
